Growth Through Change is a peer-led program that offers tangible tools to help navigate the challenges that can come with these ups and downs of life.

This group is open to adults 18 and older who have experienced trauma. Each facilitated session includes time for sharing and focuses on activities, skills and tools to guide you on a path toward healing. Educational and mental health resources will be provided.

Suicide Loss Support Group
If you have lost someone to suicide, we invite you to attend our free, peer-led support group.
It is important to know that people can, and do, heal after experiencing a loss by suicide.
